I cannot tell you how blessed I am to be a part of my husband’s extended family – My mother-in-law Lindy (Badilla) is one of 13 children, yes 13…. !
They are all so tightly connected, still — which is the most amazing part of being in this family. It has taken me 15 years to get to know each and every one of them, and it’s been a blast !
They have a huge family reunion every-other-summer, here in Washington, and it’s SO fun ! We spend a whole week visiting each others’ homes, cooking, playing soccer, playing basketball, singing karaoke, SO FUN !
These are just some candid 35mm film photos I snapped as the days went on – they aren’t posed, or perfect, but, still a nice documentation of the 2014 Badilla Family Reunion. Enjoy, I love you all.
