I’m always smiling at how I have the 2  jobs that I dreamed of as a kid, being a Flight Attendant and a Photographer.

I am also so lucky to have networked with many families affected by autism through Facebook, so, when I saw that I had a layover in Austin, Tx, I asked around if any of my Facebook friends would also be in the area, and how amazing! Not only did another autism mom respond, but, a super talented local photographer offered to meet up with me and shoot her film camera. The same model as mine, what are the odds?! (Thanks Jen!) AND! I got to finally meet another autism mom, Ceil, who is so near and dear to me. Her daughter Desiree offered to model for me so I could test out the film camera for the first time.  Desiree is not only physically beautiful, she is wise beyond her years and cares about our future here and dedicates her life to holistic healing and creating a sustainable life. I, of course, want to learn from her.  I was also lucky enough to get a photo of Desiree with her Mother, and Grandmother. 3 generations. What a treat!
